Prairie

Ignite is Prairie High School’s 9th Grade Show Choir and is part of Prairie’s comprehensive choral program. Ignite is under the direction of Kelsi Giese, with choreography by Shelby and Evan Zukin, and band direction by Kent Keating. The ensemble features soloists Claire Rausch and Talia Tungsiripat.

Ignite’s 2025 show “This Moment Matters,” explores the importance of being present, celebrating connection, and recognizing the meaningful moments that shape us. Ignite will compete at their one and only competition this season at Liberty High School’s “Storm the Stage,” and also performs throughout the year at Prairie show choir events.
